I am planning on feeding my chihuahua beneful is it a good brand? Please don’t recommend any dog food over 20.00 thank you. What about purina dog chow?

The other day I went shopping for new food to feed my 9 month old chihuahua. He loves it, Cesar Puppy Dog Food but I’m wondering if the ingredients are safe. I see liver, meat by products, and other things. If it isn’t safe, what dog food do you recommend?

My chihuahua is very picky. Almost every brand of food we bought was wasted. We are now currently using Solid Gold. I was wondering if that it is a good brand of food and if not what should I buy for him?
