We have a 6 month puppy who is currently eating Iams puppy food. The vet has recommended that we move her to dog food. Is there any food that anyone would recommend that helps prevent hip dysplasia?

What is the healthiest dog food you would recommend for a golden retriever? Also which dog food will prevent a dog from smelling? When family or friends come over they complain about the dog smell. I also think the smell has rubbed onto me. Price does not matter.
